C. W. Pearce

C.W. Pearce serves as Global Alliance Director for CBRE’s RTX Corp. account.  C.W. is accountable for all CBRE services delivered to RTX, providing primarily Facilities and Project Management services in heavy industrial/manufacturing environments.  

Prior to C.W.’s tenure with RTX, he held account leadership roles serving Nissan and Syngenta, consistently delivering on key client service and financial commitments.

In addition to Account Leadership roles, C.W. has spent the balance of his 16+ years with CBRE in Global Project/Program Management leadership roles as well as managing startup efforts (Account Transition) for 12+ CBRE accounts.

Prior to his career with CBRE, C.W. specialized in land development engineering design and Hydrology studies.

C.W. holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
