GSA Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA)
Maintenance Group (MG) contracts include providing routine and mission-critical supermarket resources to support the military and military retired communities both in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS and Outside (OCONUS), seven days a week, 365 days a year. DeCA facilities encompass mechanical, electrical and electronic monitoring equipment necessary to provide continuous, redundant environmental support to mission-critical food supplies at each of its commissary sites.

$99,000,000 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for operation, maintenance, and minor construction and repair of DHA medical facilities (Category 500, Category 300, and associated facilities in support of the medical mission) in Hawaii.
USACE – Little Rock District – Medical Facility O&M Services
$240,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for medical facility operation and maintenance services. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of September 30, 2029.
USACE – Huntsville Center – Medical Repair & Renewal (MRR) Program
Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, has a total value of $259,999,400 and runs through January 29, 2032. Includes support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) customers by ensuring the sustainment and modernization of critical medical infrastructure. Provides design-build and design-bid-build solutions for medical facility repair, renovation and construction. Supports hospitals, clinics, medical labs, dental and veterinary clinics, wellness centers, and more. Delivers solutions across CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico. USACE-Mobile District – Two-Phase Design-Build Construction (Central Region)
$249,000,000 Two-Phase Design-Build Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) program for the Central Region. Provide a full range of design-build, construction, and repair capabilities for healthcare and medical research facilities in support of the District’s DHA support mission. The area of operations encompasses major medical centers, clinics, and laboratories throughout the United States Central Region (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas). Work may be required for healthcare and medical research facility requirements on military installations or on other DoD and Federal Government installations/sites, where coordinated with and approved by DHA’s leadership.

Design build/design–bid–build construction contract to provide construction projects at U.S. Navy Support Facility (NSF), Diego Garcia.
Department of the Air Force – Design/Construction – Kaiserslautern Military Community (Germany)
Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for design and/or construction work within the Kaiserslautern Military Community area. Services include engineering and technical design support, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and minor military installation construction projects.

Design–build and design–bid–build MATOC to provide construction, real property repair and maintenance, associated environmental work, and force protection work in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
496th Air Base Squadron – Construction – Moron Air Base (Spain)
Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide sustainment, restoration, and modernization for construction projects in support of the 496th CE. Projects include new construction, specialty construction, demolition and alteration and repair of buildings, structures, roads, grounds and roofs. Projects also include miscellaneous construction services including hazardous material waste removal.
Public Works Department (PWD) – DB/DBB (Singapore)
Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide Design Build/Design–Bid–Build for PWD Singapore.

IMCOM-Europe Custodial Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The MATOC is valued at up to $220 million and has a performance period from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2036. Provides custodial services across a wide array of U.S. Army Garrisons (USAGs) and installations in the European Theater. Locations include USAG Rhineland-Pfalz, USAG Wiesbaden, USAG Stuttgart, USAG Bavaria, Belgium, Luxembourg (Benelux), Bulgaria, Romania (Black Sea region), and additional outlying areas as needed. Services will be performed at varying frequencies based on facility usage and required cleaning standards, ensuring compliance with U.S., host nation, and local laws, regulations, and directives.

Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), spans a five-year base period with an optional five-year extension and has a total maximum value of $1.8 billion. The contract includes support for the Geographic Combatant Commands, coalition partners and U.S. federal agencies in setting and sustaining theaters worldwide.

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP)
Subcontractor on the award of a ten year, $23 billion multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle to provide healthcare staffing support for the Veterans Health Administration’s Integrated Critical Staffing Program (VHA ICSP). The contract, awarded on January 11, 2024, was granted to a pool of eight highly qualified Veteran Integrated Contractor Teams (VITs). These teams are tasked with delivering best-value temporary clinical and non-clinical healthcare staffing services, as well as program management, human capital solutions, and other professional services.
