Susan Sullivan is an accomplished real estate executive with approximately 20 years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. She currently serves as an Alliance Director for CBRE’s Government & Defense Sector. In this role, she oversees all business aspects across a variety of different contracts spanning Advisory and Transactions, Project Management, HOST, and Facilities Management. She is an energetic and enthusiastic leader who manages and mentors her teams across the country.
Susan brings a unique perspective to the clients she serves with a dynamic background in finance and real estate. Susan marries the two disciplines to bring best-in class financial acumen and real estate expertise to her clients.
